Chloe entered the foster care system with her four siblings, experiencing three placements. After two years, her grandmother adopted her and her siblings. Despite facing health challenges, Chloe graduated with her associate degree before earning her high school diploma. She founded the Youth Action Council, Wings of Opportunity, and received the 2023-2024 Gold President's Volunteer Service Award for her dedication to volunteering. Involved with the Texas Alliance for Children and Family Services, she holds leadership roles as President of Women in Cybersecurity and Vice President of Wings of Opportunity. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity at Texas A&M University-San Antonio, Chloe aims to intern with the National Security Agency and become an FBI Special Agent focused on technology and cybersecurity to prevent crimes against children. Committed to advocating for policies that support youth in foster care, Chloe seeks to inspire others and create a better future for those facing similar challenges.
