2 years in care

Chloe entered the foster care system with her four siblings and experienced three placements before being adopted by her grandmother two years later. Despite numerous challenges, Chloe earned her associate degree through an Early College High School program before receiving her high school diploma. She currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from Texas A&M University–San Antonio. Chloe is the founder of the Youth Action Council, Wings of Opportunity, and received the 2024-2025 Gold President's Volunteer Service Award. She is actively involved with the Texas Alliance for Children and Family Services, serves as the President of Wings of Opportunity, and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in San Antonio. Currently, Chloe is pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Her professional goals include interning with the National Security Agency and becoming an FBI Special Agent focused on cybersecurity to prevent crimes against children. She remains committed to advocating for policies that support foster youth and seeks to inspire others facing similar challenges.
