Sacramento, California
Hi! I’m Sepherina Latthium. I live in Sacramento, CA, and love exploring parks, reading books, painting, and making pottery. I’m a big fan of all things spicy—Hot Cheetos are basically my kryptonite! I share my home with a lovely and adorable tuxedo American Shorthair cat named Ellie.
I became interested in this work because of my time in foster care as a child, along with various other family members who also had lived experience in foster care. I feel proud and satisfied when I see the positive impact of my efforts, whether it’s completing a task or successfully implementing a project. Through my work at FosterClub, I aim to be someone whose actions truly reflect my commitment to helping others—I don’t just want to talk about making a difference, but to live it out in my work.
Sepherina graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work. Before joining FosterClub, she held notable roles as an administrator at a university, assisting students with disabilities, and as a coach helping youth and adolescents manage behavioral and mental health issues.
