North Carolina Education and Training Vouchers (ETV)

About this resource

The North Carolina Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program provides up to $5,000 per year to help eligible current and former foster youth pay for college or vocational training. Funds can be used for school-related expenses like tuition, books, housing, and more. Since funding is limited, it’s awarded first-come, first-served each year. To stay eligible, students must show progress toward completing their degree or training program.
