Beautiful Colorado is home to Wendy, who entered foster care at 14 and emancipated at 18. She calls the second foster home she was placed in home. Wendy has struggled with telling people her story. She loves to snowboard, play sports, and is a theatre buff who loves musicals. Wendy is currently enrolled at Colorado State University, majoring in animal science with the dream of becoming a veterinarian. Wendy is a successful student, sports and outdoor enthusiast, animal lover and a foster kid.
