Veda is a student, who wants to make a difference for youth. She currently attends Los Angeles City College where she is studying Psychology and preparing to transfer to Sacramento State University, a four year university. Veda’s career goal is to become a Genetics Counselor and obtain a certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Veda is involved with organizations such as FosterClub, Guardian Scholars Program, and Youth Policy Institute. She wants to give back and be an inspiration to youth. Currently, she is interning at a transitional shelter for women where she is able to provide resources and aid to local women in need. Her life's perspective is to be the change you want to see, believing if you want to see change you have to be willing to make a change. Veda is proud to be a Youth Ambassador for FosterClub because it gives her the opportunity to connect, be a leader, a mentor, inspire and give youth a voice.
