In the past eight years, Stephan Fallen has experienced three group homes, shelters, and foster homes as a youth in foster care. Stephan in interested in advocating for system change. He believes the foster care system needs to reach higher levels of supports for the children and staff, specifically financial and emotional aide. Aside from system change, Stephan would like to raise public awareness about foster children and the risk of homelessness that they face.
Passionate about music, Stephan is guided by his belief in God and desire to become one of the biggest musical influences in people's lives. Currently employed at Vanderheyden, a nonprofit working to empower youth, adults and families, he is pursuing educational opportunities. Stephan is an avid singer and loves talking with people about life choices.
