Noah Patnaude has been in foster care for seven years now in the state of Maine.

 

Noah experienced 7 different foster homes. Noah lived with religious, non-religious families, lived with a LGBTQ+ family where there was two mothers, and two different group homes.

 

During the last seven years Noah has been apart of a few advocacy groups including Youth in Foster Care and he is also a mentor on the Youth Leadership Advisory Team. Noah has been on trips to Washington, DC to advocate issues youth in care can experience.

 

Currently Noah is enrolled at Kennebec Valley Community College in Maine. His goal is to get his masters and licensed as a social worker.

 

In the future Noah would like to become a social worker to help foster youth navigate the system and also interested in becoming a sports broadcaster.
