She graduated as Salutatorian of her high school class and is currently working towards a degree in Family and Life Education-Marriage and Family from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she holds an executive position on the President's Leadership Council. She maintains a 3.93 GPA and is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. She is very involved on UCO's campus in organizations such as Sigma Phi Lambda Christian Sorority, volunteering with the Oklahoma City YWCA, and performing in Broncho Showcase (an arts showcase). She aspires to someday work with women's shelter ministries and reach out a loving hand to struggling families.
