Malcolm’s educational goals and dream is to get into Cybersecurity. He’s always been really good with technology. Computers, phones, tablets, TV’s, game consoles, etc. Family and friends have always gone to him whenever they need any technological needs, so he figured he would use his skills and put it into a career. Malcolm always had a love for computers and his goal is to learn more about them. For quite some time he had trouble figuring out what he wanted to do in life and he realized from recommendations from friends and family that this would be something good for him. When the opportunity came up Malcolm decided he would utilize this for his educational benefit. As a former foster youth, a lot of his youth was in and out of foster homes. It was quite traumatic at some points. But as he’s gotten older he told himself he would never let his past reflect on the outcome of his future. This opportunity opens doors for him. Malcolm was the only person to graduate high school in his family and pursue his post-secondary education. With the help of FosterClub Malcolm hopes he can achieve this goal and break this barrier in his family.
