Kenisha E. Anthony is 22 years of age, from Miami, Florida and is a 2014 All-Star. After spending 13 years in the Florida’s child welfare system, Ms. Anthony’s experiences have inspired her to acquire a career in Law with a background in the Social Work field serving current and former foster youth. This past school year, she has received her Associate’s in Arts degree in Social Work from Miami Dade College and will continue her education at Florida State University this upcoming Fall. Back home, she spends her time participating in youth-led advocacy organizations such as Florida Youth Shine and Florida Reach.
