Jordan Delutis, 18 years old, spent 10 years in the State of Georgia’s foster care system.

Jordan has been in and out of care since 2008 and has experienced around 12 different placements. After experiencing depression while being in care, Jordan was placed back with his two brothers, which helped him feel supported.

Currently, a senior in high school, Jordan has been on AB honor roll through middle school and high school and has received 48 college credits toward a criminal justice major while in high school. As an advocate, Jordan has worked with Georgia Empowerment to make the foster care system a better place. Eventually, Jordan hopes to attend Atlanta Technical College and become a dental hygienist.

Jordan prides himself on being hardworking, determined, supportive, caring, and there when someone needs him. In his free time, he watches TV, plays video games, visits the mall, and plays football and basketball.
