Jeramaya is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attends Lehigh University, majoring in Finance. He is a Peer Mentor at Lehigh University, in addition to being a member of several clubs and organizations at school. He entered care at the age of 14 where he experienced living in 3 different foster homes. He has lived in his current placement since his 16th birthday.
In his free time, he likes to play and watch basketball. He also enjoys traveling as much as possible. Jeramaya is dedicated and passionate about changing the foster care system. He advocates for public policy reform and more educational opportunities for those within the foster care system.
