Nowadays Jayonna works for a non-profit organization called River Jordan as a house manager assisting current and former foster youth in peer support services, learning their rights, transitional housing and navigating the foster care system. Jayonna is also a member of the Michigan Youth Opportunity Initiative, a home health aide and a college student studying social work.
