Jazz is a youth advocate and policy leader with lived experience in the foster care system, having been in care from age 12 until aging out. Her experience with placement and educational instability, sibling separation, and homelessness after exiting care informs their commitment to improving outcomes for transition-age youth. She bring a strong equity lens to policy and advocacy work, with a focus on educational stability, housing access, and systems accountability. Jazz is skilled at translating lived experience into actionable policy insight and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to advance solutions that center youth voice and long-term stability.
