Jasmine is dedicated to helping others because she finds joy in seeing the relief it brings. Her passion for supporting people led her to become a Peer Navigator, a role she took on after realizing her desire to make a deeper impact. Jasmine noticed that many individuals, especially those with experiences similar to hers, often lack access to essential resources due to their circumstances. Motivated to do more, she now works to connect people with resources they may not know about, so they don’t have to struggle to find the help they need. As a Peer Navigator, Jasmine’s goal is to make the process easier and less overwhelming for those in need. She takes pride in being self-sufficient since exiting care. Outside of her work, Jasmine enjoys practicing nail art, reading, and taking walks.
