"I entered the foster care system for the second time when I was 12. I had previously been in foster care in the state of California when I was really young. While in foster care I have moved from home to home and have changed many schools. The hardest part of being a foster child was not having that voice heard when there was an issue with the living situation." Domingo was able to speak out about his life in foster care in 2007 when he sat on panels for foster parent training. Due to his experiences with one of his foster families, Domingo was able to teach new foster parents a teen's point of view. Domingo loves the Arts in every form. "Growing up I have always been fond of anything artistic and enjoy drawing and painting with either acrylic or watercolors." Domingo also plays the piano and still remains in contact with a childhood instructor.
