Bryanna Harlan was in foster care for six years before being adopted in the state of Michigan. At the age of seventeen, she was kicked out of her foster home, so she then went to live her biological grandmother. She pushed herself to make it through high school and then went on to college. Working multiple jobs and working as the Director of Philanthropy for Ferris State’s Student Government, she helps run the largest student-run community service event in Michigan. She plans on finding a career in Public Health but is also pursuing internships in order to see if law might be where she wants to focus.
