Amber Butler is an aspiring children's book author and illustrator. She plays an active role in many organizations that advocate for foster youth. People recognize her as a leader who is passionate and as someone that uses her experience to help others through foster care. She is a high school senior at Mount Abraham Union High School, who fills her time by involving herself with the school chorus, acting club (script editor),Vermont's Youth Development Committee, Vermont's Teen Leadership Safety Program and the New England Youth Coalition. Amber is a young individual who is continuously growing as a leader and takes any opportunity to do so.
