The Youth Advisory Council is a group of young leaders who want to make a difference.
If you've been part of programs like Dare to Dream or other statewide youth projects and want to help other young people succeed in school and life, this might be for you. The Council works with the Office of Special Needs to give feedback and help shape programs, policies, and resources that impact youth health, wellness, and the transition into adulthood.
The Council meets once a month from September to June at the Department of Health. It's a great way to share your voice, build leadership skills, and create change.
