The Phoenix House
The Phoenix House is a transitional living program for youth age 18-24 who have aged out of foster care. The program offers low rent with in-house case management to help transition to independent living. They also provide support to residents with skill building and pursuing their goals.

- Youth must be between the ages of 18-24
- Youth must have aged out of foster care (though youth getting ready to age out are welcome to apply)
- Youth must reside in Kansas
- Youth must be able to pay program fees ($300/month) and be willing to engage in programming (i.e. chores, learning skills, house grocery shopping, etc)
