Parenting With Intent's Post-Permanency Mentorship Program
About this resource
Through skillful mentorship, Parenting With Intent's Post-Permanency mentorship program strives to establish trusting relationships and meaningful connections. It is our hope that youth involved in our program learn to identify an authentic sense of self, develop and sustain healthy relationships, recognize and participate in safe communities and live with intention.
In order to be eligible for Post-Permanency Mentoring Services, youth must be 9-21 years of age, live in Multnomah, Clackamas or Washington Counties, and have achieved/finalized guardianship or adoption by ODHS Child Welfare or another public child welfare or private agency.
