About this resource

OKDHS Office of Client Advocacy (OCA) Grievance Unit is to promote grievance systems that serve as an effective and efficient resource for grievants to resolve problems and concerns. Grievants include minors in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS); youth in voluntary care of OKDHS; foster parents; all residents of OKD​HS Resource Centers; Hissom class members and other clients receiving services from the OKDHS Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD).

Eligibility

Current& former foster youth, foster parents, Bio family, Oklahoma residents, anyone involved with child welfare or receiving OKDHS services. Can file a complaint.
