New Mexico Tuition Waiver
About this resource
College tuition and fees are to be waived for certain children who have been in the foster care of the state or in the legal custody of a New Mexico Indian nation, tribe or pueblo or the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs Division of Human Services.
Eligibility
- Any young person who experienced foster care at any time on or after their 14th birthday.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be enrolled in a school of higher education before your 25th birthday.
