Starting college can be a big step—especially if you’ve experienced foster care, homelessness, or you're the first in your family to go to college. That’s where the STAR Program (Successful Transition and Academic Retention) comes in.

We’re here to support you as you begin your journey at Casper College. Whether you need help figuring things out, staying on track, or just someone to talk to, STAR is your team.

Who is STAR for?
The program is open to incoming Natrona County School District students who:

  • Have been in foster care

  • Have experienced homelessness

  • Are first-generation college students

What You’ll Get:
