California Youth Connection (CYC) is a youth-led group that helps foster youth become leaders and make real changes in the foster care system. They focus on:

• Advocacy: Speaking up for better laws and policies

• Leadership: Training youth to lead and make an impact

• Community Education: Teaching others about foster care issues
