The ultimate goal of the Bridges Over Water program is to bring deserving recipients into the rich tradition of the maritime industry, and aid in the development of strong leaders. Through BOW and partner organizations we can create ripples, that in turn make waves, to create the next generation of changemakers.

Who can use this resource (eligibility)?

The Bridges Over Water program provides those who have grown up in foster care programs in North America and the Caribbean with meaningful career opportunities within the maritime sector.
