The Power of Hate -

I first want to congratulate all the Outstanding Youth honored especially those from New York. I read all your biographies and you seem like amazing individuals to say the least.

The Power of Hate –

As foster children many of us at one point carry around hate directed to one person or even ourselves. Does anyone know the real power of hate? Hate is used to destroy, to manipulate, and belittle others, but most importantly hate DESTROYS us. It encapsulates us in this unexplainable darkness that causes an all around destructive effect on our life. It’s hate that lives in the hearts of killers like Osama Bin Laden. He used that hate to manipulate others into loathing and desecrating millions of innocent individuals.

One of the things you can try to do to stop hate is forgive. Forgive your mother, your father, brother, anyone. When you forgive you allow the other person to be released from their own pain and grow into the person GOD has allowed them to be. For example, have you ever known your friend was mad at you and you couldn’t get over it because you knew they were mad? The same thing goes for your parents. If they know they have hurt their child and at the same time you don’t want to talk to them, it can keep them locked in a repressive state. Try and let go of your anger, don’t forget what they did but forgive them for it and move on. In the process you allow yourself to grow and develop into a more positive person.

Forgiveness has undeniable power that causes positive results no matter if the desired effect is obtained. Forgive for yourself, forgive for others, and forgive to perpetuate love and acceptance.

I will end every blog with these two of my favorite statement
Everything happens for a reason, and I SEE YOU (basically meaning I understand you)

So , Everything happens for a reason and I SEE YOU

With unconditional love
