Hello again!! I hope you are all enjoying reading our blogs and getting to know us. We are so excited to meet you all and share experiences to hopefully inspire you all.

Just a little bit about myself: I entered the foster care system in Colorado at age 5, was adopted at age 7, but then reentered the system 8 years later because my adoption failed. I aged out of the system at 18 and went off to college in San Francisco, CA. I was very fortunate to have a fairly positive foster care experience. I am very close with my first set of foster parents who have been a very strong influence in my life. However, just because I moved from home to home, including one group home, I did not cut people out of my life, unless they were unhealthy for me. I have a very big family, including 3 dads and 4 moms. I also have 3 foster siblings. They are all very important to me and each can give me advice.

I just found out that I will be coming to the Oregon and California Teen Conferences so if you are in those states, look for me in my yellow polo shirt! :D
