Psalm 100 (New International Version)

Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving thanks.
1 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
2 Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.

3 Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his [a] ;
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.

5 For the LORD is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations

So my background behind this verse is encouragement to my HCCC gospel choir this week because they didnt really want to give me enough energy so i figured to get in my minister mood of preaching and giving them a word because Mrs.Smith always asks me for the word. I think it was just a great idea on her part because of having a Gospel choir isn't just to sing but have also a religious atmosphere because i also want my members to grow also. Its not just about singing but it is getting into the word. Because if i go into John 1:1 in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. So having the word is good. I love the word i just want to share with you just some of the encouraging verses i shared to my Gospel Choir at herkimer county community college
