Senate Caucus on Foster Youth

On December 17th, 2009, Senators Chuck Grassley from Iowa and Mary Landrieu from Louisiana announced they will be forming a Senate Caucus on Foster Youth. It's exciting news, particularly because the Caucus is in response to a direct request from the young people of FosterClub. Senators Grassley and Landrieu have been leaders in improving policies for young people in foster care, and both played a major role in the Fostering Connections to Success and Increased Adoptions Act of 2008.
