As you may be hearing in the news lately, 'bullying' has become a hot topic. Children's Voice, a magazine published by the Child Welfare League of America, will be putting together an article on this topic — and they want to hear from young people in foster care. So we want to hear from you - do youth in foster care find themselves victims of bullying because of being in care?
