FosterClub is partnering with CASA Essex of Essex County New Jersey to launch a pilot program which focuses on securing permanence for transition age youth. On September 26th, 2017 began our first phase of our 4 phase in person trainings with CASA Workers, DCP&P case workers and supervisors, and the youth they serve.

Here's why it is exciting:

FosterClub developed a free tool to assist youth in securing securing permanent connections with supportive adults, the Permanency Pact. Since it's 2006 creation, the Permanency Pact has taken on a life of its own! It has been used by individuals, agencies, and non profits all across the country to create a formalized, facilitated process which connects youth in foster care with supportive adults.

CASA of Essex County New Jersey is committed to ensuring their youth are connected to a strong support system prior to exiting care and FosterClub is here to support them!
