Passion has been in foster care for six years, from the age of 14 until emancipating at 21. She says, “I sum up my foster care experience as bittersweet but most definitely necessary. I was exposed to more opportunities that I ever thought possible while living at home with my mother.” Passion has volunteered through the Red Cross, helping with blood drives. She has also volunteered for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and has worked with an organization helping the homeless population and families in need. Passion is the recipient of numerous awards and honors. Passion enjoys history and philosophy. She says "One of my favorite quotes is, ‘To know nothing of what happened to you before were born is to remain forever a child.’ This is why I try to use my past as stepping stones. I enjoy reading between the lines of all things to get the true meaning. To sum it up I enjoy the truth.”
