The HAY Center is a one-stop resource hub for current and former foster youth ages 14–25 in Harris County. Whether you're preparing for life after care or need help now, the HAY Center offers support with housing, education, jobs, and life skills. They provide PAL (Preparation for Adult Living) services, job training through the Texas Workforce Commission, and other tools to help you succeed as you move toward independence.
