Currently JJ is a 22 year old Christian, a writer, a full time employee of FosterClub; mentor to his siblings and an entrepreneur of life.
JJ is a highly motivated 22 year old with the world at his finger tips. He enjoys writing poetry, bowling, and watching movies. JJ has a passion for helping others and an aspiration to one day discover a path that will lead him to Capital Hill. JJ Hitch was placed in foster care when he was fourteen years old along with his three younger siblings. He has struggled with many tribulations associated with balancing and maintaining his busy life beginning at a young age. JJ has been an active advocate for the past three years; obtaining three internships, trained social workers, and has helped plan local and national conferences. He has made a dozen or so hill visits, received an "Outstanding Young Advocate of 2008" award among several other appreciations. Currently JJ is a 22 year old full time employee of FosterClub, trying to publish his book, a full time mentor to his siblings and an entrepreneur of life.
