Annual Recognition of Advocacy & Service
Now Accepting Applicants from Clatsop & Tillamook Counties
For over 20 years, FosterClub has had the privilege of working with outstanding youth from all across the country.
The FosterClub Outstanding Young Leader Scholarship Award is an annual recognition program that celebrates the brilliance & resilience of young people who have experienced foster care. This award uplifts young people who make a difference in their communities & counters negative beliefs about young people in/from foster care.
In 2021, we are doing something different with our Outstanding Young Leader Award... we are giving away over $16,000 in scholarships!
In order to maximize the scholarship dollars, we will distribute $600 scholarships to support the educational and training goals of awardees.
