Sam's role as the Policy Specialist is to work with Legislators, National Partners, and Young Leaders to collaborate and provide insight to meaningful federal foster care legislation. Sam also works on national policy inspired initiatives like Family Voice United, and the National Foster Youth and Alumni Policy Council.
