FC: What do you do when you are not working?

IP: I enjoy spending my free time on the beach meditating, in the kitchen cooking, or on the dance floor swaying to the rhythm of the vibes.

FC: What words of advice do you have for our young leaders?

IP: I would say to embrace your story, forgive the past, and create your future with love. Don’t be discouraged from the process it takes because every star shines its brightest in the dark.

FC: Tell us two truths and one lie about you.

IP: I was a 2015 AllStar and returned as a 2017 L2, I have traveled to New York and Florida, and I have met Tiffany Haddish in person and we are total BFF’s.

FC: What is your favorite thing about coming to work each day?

IP: I get to work with such amazing colleagues and young leaders, all working towards a common goal for the greater good of all.

FC: What is your favorite quote?

IP: My favorite quote is “If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.” Napoleon Hill
