Are there any programs in PA (or other states) that help Aged-Out Former Fosters connect with supportive resource adults, find jobs, and possibly get on a holiday and/or birthday registry? Have been trying to find such so I can help some in my area.

Thanks, I contacted them but they only serve Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Said they will keep my info in case they hear of any needs I may be of assistance with in my area. Kind of seems like if Cumberland and dauphin Area have programs to help those who are aging out, they are not in need of any resource people or they would be making it known more.

Hello!
The R.J. Leonard Foundation is located in New Hope, PA and they help young adults that have aged out of the foster care system. Their website is http://www.rjleonardfoundation.org/ and their phone number is 646.246.8199.

Even if they are not in your area in PA, they may be able to get you started in the right direction.

Good luck to you!
