Employment Opportunity: Project Coordinator, Instructional Design & Training
FosterClub's System Change team is seeking a project coordinator with instructional design experience. The individual selected for this role is expected to have a firm grasp of how people learn, excellent curriculum design skills, excellent writing and communication skills, and facilitation experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing projects and a working knowledge of basic graphic design.

What You Will Do
You will advance the educational initiatives and system change efforts of FosterClub. You will serve as the lead facilitator, trainer, and curriculum designer for the System Change team. You will work with subject matter experts, apply tested instructional design theories, and develop courses for online and in-person audiences. Your work will support the System Change team's efforts to improve the foster care and child welfare systems through high-level interactions with policymakers, engaging the public, and elevating the voices of young people with lived experience in foster care.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or a human services-related field, or equivalet professional experience.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the use of web-based platforms to manage projects in teams.
- Strength in building and maintaining relationships with key external role-players and partners.
- Ability to work with staff and partners to organize youth perspective and effectively engage constituents in policy, practice, and public awareness initiatives.

Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
