We asked: What is the best advice you've ever been given? "How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you" - Rupi Kaur

We asked: How do you take care of yourself? I've been practicing yoga regularly for over 10 years. It's become more of a lifestyle than a workout for me as it is a constant reminder to remain in the moment. To this day, my practice challenges me to be better each day.

We asked: Choose a movie title for the story of your life: She Stood in the Face of Adversity and Smiled. Statistically, the odds have always been against me. Through stubborn strong will and a bit of luck, I've managed to overcome every obstacle and stereotype in my way.
