Breanna Bell entered the foster care system at the age of thirteen and reunified with her family when she was sixteen, she was in Oregon's foster care system for 3.5 years.

She is currently enrolled in Mt. Hood Community College majoring in social work, and employed with the Better Futures program as a peer coach for youth in foster care. Breanna's goals for the future are to graduate college and to obtain a career that provides resources for foster care youth as well as juveniles. Advocating for youth who are currently in or were previously in foster care is something that she is very passionate about. She is aspiring to improve the foster care system.
