Joseph is in the process of transitioning out of the system after having been declared a dependent of the court on three different occasions. He has been raised in various foster and group homes. Joseph has spent his entire life in the foster care and is one of seven siblings. Joseph does not live with any brothers or sisters and has never met his younger siblings.
He is a talented guitar player and song writer who plans to pursue a career in Music Composition or Computers. Joseph is an inspiration to everyone he meets.
