Supporting Foster Parents

Provide Respite Care

Respite care gives a family a much-needed break from 24-hour a day responsibility of care. It is an opportunity for family members to rest, re-group, and re-vitalize, and gives the youth in respite care a chance to experience different activities while receiving consistent care.

Birthday Brigade

Help a foster family or group home make every foster child's birthday extra special. Plan activities, decorate, bring presents and help build lasting memories. Contact the foster care agency in your neighborhood. Check here for a list or consult the Government pages in your phone book.
