bandtogether

bandtogether for National Foster Care Month,
And make the voices of young people be heard!

Here are 5 ways you can do your part for National Foster Care Month:

bandtogether for National Foster Care Month 1. Start a bandtogether Blue Band Campaign at your school or event.
It’s easy! Just display a blue tape band on your finger... get blue tape for cheap at the hardware store (it’s called painter’s tape) or a music store (blue drummer’s tape). Then pass out tape bands to your friends and ask them to support the cause.

2. Show your pride through your MySpace page. Copy the code in the box below and paste it in the “about me” box of your MySpace profile. Make your page your own by providing foster care facts that you think your friends should know.

3. Get the word out when you IM. Our Instant Messaging (IM) icons let you spread awareness about foster care every time you’re online! Pick your fave IM icon.

  • First, save them on your computer (right click + save picture as)
  • Second, place the image in your "Buddy Icons" folder, then edit your buddy icon using the "Account Setting" or "Profile" under the File Menu of their Instant Messenger (IM) Program.

4. Spread the word with every e-mail! Place this message in the signature of your e-mail:
