This T Time toolkit is a great resource for transition age foster youth, but keep in mind that this tool does benefit the youth it is made for the adults to work with the youth around transitioning. I strongly recommend this tool for any adults who work with transition age youth. A nice addition to this for the youth is the FYI3 binder, where they can keep many of the papers and items they will need and that are established in the T Time binder. I actually work with transition age youth and I use this as a resource.
