Fund for Foster Kids
Uh Oh! You're using the Internet Explorer 6 Browser. Our site doesn't work as well for this browser, and in general it's 4 years old now and not very good.
To get the maximum amount of pleasure while browsing this and other websites you can download for free any one of these:
But if you can't download a new version on this computer you'll still be ok. Just not great! ;-P

FosterClub is launching the Fund for Foster Kids. Now you can give $10, simply by texting the word "foster" to 85944.
Our goal: collect resources for the specific purposes of providing aid to America’s foster youth. The primary budget for this fund is 100% of the annual deposits of Text2Give, a partnership with Mobilecause (more info).
100% of every donated dollar will reach the hands of a young person in foster care, through mini-grants for things like:
• Emergency assistance for unexpected costs (like funerals and natural disaster displacement)
• Stipends to reward hard work
• Educational materials and resources
• Support to participate in extra-curricular activities (sports, music, camp, etc)
• Youth participation in policy and public awareness activities
When you text the word "foster” to 85944, $10 will be added to your cell phone bill next month. It is that easy!
You can also give by entering your cell number here:
You'll receive a text message - simply confirm and your donation will be made!
How Funds are accessed
All disbursements for the Fund will be processed by FosterClub. Mini-grants will be selected by FosterClub staff, Board Members, or Partners. Young people may apply for a mini-grant but must allow no less than 14 days for a decision.
